データ削除について

1. 削除できるデータ

NeoBuzz Studio（NeoBuzz X / NeoBuzz Instagram を含む）に保存された、以下のデータの削除を依頼できます。

• アカウント情報（メールアドレス・表示名・設定）
• Instagram / X 連携により取得したデータ（プロフィール情報・投稿・コメント・インサイト等）と アクセストークン
• 作成した下書き・予約投稿・ハッシュタグセット・分析データ

2. 削除の依頼方法

1. メールで依頼する: support@neobuzz.app 宛に、件名「データ削除依頼」で、登録メールアドレス（および連携している Instagram / X のユーザー名）を記載して送信してください。
2. アプリ内から削除する: 設定画面の「データ管理」から、保存データの削除・アカウントのリセットを実行できます（提供中の機能に準じます）。
3. Instagram連携のみ解除する: 設定画面から連携を解除すると、API由来のデータとアクセストークンを削除します。 Meta側のアプリ連携は、Instagramの「設定 → セキュリティ → アプリとウェブサイト」からも解除できます。

3. 削除までの期間

削除依頼を受領後、本人確認のうえ、原則として30日以内にすべての対象データを削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします。

Data Deletion Instructions

1. What Can Be Deleted

You may request deletion of the following data stored by NeoBuzz Studio (including NeoBuzz X and NeoBuzz Instagram):

• Account information (email address, display name, settings)
• Data obtained through your Instagram / X connection (profile information, posts, comments, insights, etc.) and access tokens
• Content you created: drafts, scheduled posts, hashtag sets, and analytics data

2. How to Request Deletion

1. By email: send a message to support@neobuzz.app with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including your registered email address (and your connected Instagram / X username, if any).
2. In the app: use "Data management" in Settings to delete stored data or reset your account (subject to available features).
3. Disconnect Instagram only: disconnecting in Settings deletes API-derived data and access tokens. You can also remove the app from Instagram under Settings → Security → Apps and Websites.

3. Timeline

After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete all covered data within 30 days and notify you by email when complete.
