1. はじめに
本プライバシーポリシーは、NeoBuzz Studio 運営者（以下「当方」）が提供する NeoBuzz Studio および関連サービス（NeoBuzz X、NeoBuzz Instagram を含み、以下「本サービス」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いを定めるものです。
2. 収集する情報
本サービスでは、以下の情報を収集することがあります。
- アカウント情報: メールアドレス、表示名、認証情報（Supabase等の認証基盤を通じて管理）
- SNS連携情報: 利用者の許可に基づき、X API や Meta の Instagram Graph API を通じて取得する、アカウント名・プロフィール情報・投稿・ コメント・インサイト（リーチ、保存数等）などのデータ、および連携用アクセストークン
- 利用者が作成したコンテンツ: 下書き、予約投稿、ハッシュタグセット、設定情報
- 利用状況: 機能の利用回数、エラーログ等のサービス改善のための情報
3. 利用目的
- 本サービスの提供・維持・改善のため
- 投稿の作成支援・予約公開・分析・改善提案などの機能提供のため
- AIによるコンテンツ生成・分析の実行のため（入力内容を生成AIの処理に利用します）
- 不正利用の防止、お問い合わせへの対応のため
4. Instagram / X API 由来データの取り扱い
- Meta の Instagram Graph API・X API から取得したデータは、利用者本人へ機能を提供する目的にのみ使用し、第三者に販売・提供しません。
- アクセストークンは暗号化して保存し、機能の提供に必要な範囲でのみ使用します。
- 連携解除またはアカウント削除時には、API由来のデータおよびトークンを遅滞なく削除します（詳細はデータ削除についてを参照）。
- Metaのプラットフォーム利用規約および開発者ポリシーを遵守します。
5. 第三者提供・外部サービス
当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の外部サービスを利用することがあります: ホスティング（Vercel）、データベース・認証（Supabase）、AI生成（OpenAI等のAPI）、 メール送信（Resend等）。各サービスには、機能の提供に必要な範囲でのみデータが送信されます。
6. 保存期間
利用者の情報は、アカウントが有効な間、または機能の提供に必要な期間保存します。 アカウント削除後は、法令上保存が求められる場合を除き、合理的な期間内に削除します。
7. 利用者の権利
利用者は、自己の情報の開示・訂正・削除を求めることができます。データ削除についての手順、または下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
8. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページで告知します。

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how the operator of NeoBuzz Studio ("we") handles user information in NeoBuzz Studio and related services, including NeoBuzz X and NeoBuzz Instagram (the "Service").
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, display name, and authentication credentials (managed via providers such as Supabase).
- Connected social account data: with your permission, data obtained through the X API and Meta's Instagram Graph API, such as account names, profile information, posts, comments, and insights (reach, saves, etc.), as well as access tokens used for the connection.
- Content you create: drafts, scheduled posts, hashtag sets, and settings.
- Usage data: feature usage counts and error logs used to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To provide features such as post creation, scheduling, analytics, and improvement suggestions.
- To run AI-powered generation and analysis (your inputs are processed by generative AI providers).
- To prevent abuse and respond to inquiries.
4. Data from the Instagram / X APIs
- Data obtained from Meta's Instagram Graph API and the X API is used solely to provide features to you, and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only as needed to provide the Service.
- When you disconnect an account or delete your account, API-derived data and tokens are deleted without undue delay (see Data Deletion Instructions).
- We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
5. Third Parties and Service Providers
We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law. To operate the Service we may use providers such as Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), OpenAI or similar APIs (AI generation), and Resend (email). Data is sent to these providers only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, data is removed within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. See Data Deletion Instructions or contact us below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
